two heads

I'll start by saying I am rather large chested. As I was sitting watching tv and feeding my few week old son, I noticed my 6 year old step son occasionally glancing my way with a puzzled look on his face. My step children aren't used to seeing women breast feed. After about 5 or 10 mins of odd looks, my step son finally came over, pointed to my son and breast and said " Is that two heads?"
